  • ready, set, flow

    please make sure to have a comfortable space to flow in. You can grab: a mat, water, tea, herbs, and/or equipment to enhance your practice. If virtual, please make sure your microphone and camera are functioning properly via zoom

  • set an intention

    Feel free to take a moment to breathe deep, sit with self, and ask:

    How am I feeling in this moment (emotionally, energetically, physically, mentally)?

    What beliefs am I holding onto that are limiting my growth?

    What fears am I ready to confront?

    How do I want to feel by the end of this practice?

  • check in with your body + breath

    Before every session, we take a moment for an emotional, mental, and physical check-in along with deep breathing to ease into the space

  • leave a donation

    Please feel free to leave an offering before or after your class.
