Looking for calming yoga asanas that allows you find rest in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies? This 15 minute calming yoga stretch will help you tap into your calm, destress, and ease into your day (or night). We will explore a series of yoga asanas that gives you the space to flow for your body and feel all that you need to feel. This is a beginner friendly yoga practice. We will be incorporating a yoga bolster (optional) in this flow, but please use any yoga tools/props that you may need for your body.
